Welcome to Mold Inspection, My name is Sean Moss, the owner and founder of Mold Inspection Inc.
Over 15 years ago, I worked as a home inspector, where I helped people understand the pros and cons of the homes they were planning to buy.
Identifying moisture issues was part of the home inspection process as well, and subsequently, the most important part of a mold inspection.
Since my adolescence, I was an independent. Working on home building with my neighbor starting at the age of 6 years old, the experience taught me that quality is paramount, or you won’t survive self employment.
Later educated and Licensed as an Aircraft Mechanic/Technician at the age 18, I have had the privilege of working on both large and small aircraft of many types including the former presidential aircraft Air Force One.
This field gave me the early restoration experience I still make use of today.
Ten years later, leaving my employment ties, I started my own aircraft mechanic business but soon shifted gears and started contracting in the field of home restoration enjoying the freedom to help people in a unique and much needed service industry. Focusing on running my own Water Damage Restoration business since 1989, my hand picked team and I have completed thousands of jobs which truly has been an exciting, engaging but very demanding career.
Recently for about the last ten years, I have been focusing almost exclusively on water and mold damage projects involved in assessments, testing and remediation protocols building and management projects. I cannot think of anything I would rather do.
Licensed and Certified in my respective field, I enjoy providing personalized professional service tailored to building owners, prospective buyers, contractors, tenants and first and foremost the real estate industry.
